A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) is a licensed professional who is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and adheres to the standards set by the Regulated Health Professions Act and the Massage Therapy Act.
Only those who are officially registered with the CMTO are authorized to use the title “Registered Massage Therapist” or “Massage Therapist” in Ontario.
