During your first visit, you will be asked to complete a confidential health history as part of your assessment. The RMT will review your individual needs and consider any factors that may be contributing to your injury or condition.
Based on this assessment, the RMT will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan to ensure you receive the most appropriate care. This plan can be adjusted at any time to meet your changing needs, and it will be reassessed periodically.
You are under no obligation to proceed with any part of the treatment, and your care will only begin once you have provided informed consent. This process includes setting realistic treatment goals, discussing potential responses to therapy, and ensuring you are aware of any alternative care options.
